MATTER OF WOLMETZ v. WOLL

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Third Department
Sep 17, 1947
272 App. Div. 982 (N.Y. App. Div. 1947)

Opinion

September 17, 1947.

Appeal by employer and insurance carrier from an award of compensation made to the widow of a deceased employee. The Board found that decedent was engaged in the course of his employment and that he suffered an accidental injury in the nature of a heart attack that resulted in his death. There is evidence to sustain these findings. Award affirmed, with costs to the Workmen's Compensation Board. All concur. [See post, p. 1081.]
