The Appellate Division of the Supreme Court, First Judicial Department, by order dated and entered July 13, 1961, having disbarred respondent and directed that his name be struck from the roll of attorneys, the disciplinary proceeding instituted in this court against respondent is discontinued. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
