Order of Appellate Division reversed, without costs, and determination of the State Rent Administrator confirmed upon the ground that there was substantial evidence to sustain his finding that the purchase was not made on normal financing terms. No opinion.

Concur: Chief Judge DESMOND and Judges DYE, FULD, BURKE, FOSTER and SCILEPPI. Judge VAN VOORHIS dissents and votes to affirm.
