ORDER

IRWIN H. WEINSTEIN of Trenton having come before this Court on an order to show cause why he should not be suspended from the practice of law pending disposition of an ethics complaint against him filed with the Mercer County Ethics Committee, and he having consented thereto;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of said IRWIN H. WEINSTEIN, imposed by order of this Court dated July 25, 1975, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaint against him and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said IRWIN H. WEINSTEIN be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension.
