Present — Dowling, P.J., Merrell, Finch, McAvoy and Sherman, JJ.

Pursuant to the provisions of rule 1 of the Rules of Civil Practice, Oscar A. Lewis, Esq., William Pinkney Hamilton, Jr., Esq., Peter P. Smith, Esq., residing in the county of Kings, and Francis F. Leman, Esq., residing in the county of Richmond, are hereby appointed members of the committee on character and fitness of applicants for admission to the bar in and for the Second Judicial District, to serve on such committee during the pleasure of the court; such appointments to take effect October 1, 1930.

Present — Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Hagarty, Carswell, Scudder and Tompkins, JJ.
