It is ORDERED that LOUIS M. TURCO of Newark be disbarred and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys of this State; and it is further
ORDERED that the said LOUIS M. TURCO be and hereby is permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law, effective immediately.
