In consolidated tax certiorari proceedings to review the assessments on real property for the tax years 1958-59 and 1959-60, the Tax Commission of the City of New York appeals from a final order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered June 30, 1960, which reduced the assessments. Order affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Christ, Brennan, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur.
