277 App. Div. 1142 (N.Y. App. Div. 1950)

Opinion

December 18, 1950.

In an article 78 proceeding to revoke appellant's expulsion of respondent and to reinstate him as a member in good standing, the appeal is from an order denying appellant's motion to dismiss the petition for insufficiency, and on the further ground that the court does not have jurisdiction of the subject matter. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Sneed and Wenzel, JJ., concur.
