ORDER
JOHN W. SURGENT of Clifton having been suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months by order of this Court dated May 14, 1979, to be effective May 28, 1979, and respondent having been granted a stay of the effective date of his suspension until 5:00 P.M., May 30, 1979, by order of the Honorable Robert L. Clifford dated May 23, 1979, pending disposition of an application for rehearing, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the petition for rehearing is denied; and it is further
ORDERED that the suspension of said JOHN W. SURGENT commence at 5:00 P.M., May 30, 1979, for a period of six months and until the further order of the Court.
