In a proceeding instituted pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, the petitioner appeals from an order denying its application to have declared invalid certain provisions of the zoning ordinance of the respondent Village of Mamaroneck, as amended in 1928, and to direct the respondent building inspector to issue a certificate of occupancy and permit for the erection of a gasoline filling station in a business district. Order unanimously affirmed, with $50 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
