On the court's own motion, appeals dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that the dissent at the Appellate Division was not on a question of law (CPLR 5601, subd [a], par [i]). Motions for a stay and for a preference dismissed as academic. Any motion for leave to appeal shall, pursuant to CPLR 5514 (subd [a]), be made on or before March 2, 1981 only to this court, by notice of motion with supporting papers required under rule 500.9 (a) (22 N.Y.CRR 500.9 [a]).
