DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that NORMAN STIER, of ELIZABETH, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1963, be suspended from the practice of law for a period to run concurrent with the discipline imposed in New York, and an Order to Show Cause having been issued as to why respondent should not be immediately temporarily suspended pending final disposition by this Court, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that NORMAN STIER is temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective June 21, 1988, and until further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension, and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended attorneys.
