ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that JOSEPH G. SPROVIERE of Paterson be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and he by his attorney having consented thereto;
It is ordered that said JOSEPH G. SPROVIERE be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, pending resolution of the complaints against him before the District XI Ethics Committee and until further order of this Court; and it is further
ORDERED that JOSEPH G. SPROVIERE be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
