Motion, pursuant to CPLR 5520 (a), for an extension of time to file a notice of appeal in the court of original instance denied as unnecessary. On the Court's own motion, appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that the order appealed from does not finally determine the proceeding within the meaning of the Constitution.
