DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that GEORGE S. SKOKOS of ASBURY PARK, who was admitted to the Bar of this State in 1945, be publicly disciplined for his failure to cooperate with the District IX Ethics Committee in its investigation of a complaint against him, and this Court having issued an order to show cause why GEORGE S. SKOKOS should not be immediately temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending the ethics committee's disposition on the merits of the underlying complaint against him; and this matter having been heard on appearances of counsel, and the Court having been informed that the dispute underlying the ethics complaint has since been resolved to complainant's satisfaction,

It is ORDERED that the findings and recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board are hereby adopted, and GEORGE S. SKOKOS is publicly reprimanded; and it is further

ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of the matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of respondent as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs; and it is further

ORDERED that the order to show cause as to why respondent should not be immediately temporarily suspended is discharged.
