DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
This Court having issued an order to show cause as to why the immediate suspension and restraints imposed on ROBERT V. SHANNON by this Court's prior order of September 15, 1987 should not continue, and no appearance having been made by respondent on the return date of the order to show cause, and good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that the suspension and restraints imposed by this Court's order of September 15, 1987 are to continue pending the final disposition of the ethics complaints against respondent and until the further order of this Court.
