ORDER
This matter having been duly presented to the Court, and the application by the respondent having been treated as a motion to vacate the orders of temporary suspension, entered November 27, 1978 and December 11, 1978; it is hereby
ORDERED that the suspension of DAVID SENDERS of Passaic is lifted, and he is hereby restored to the practice of law, effective immediately.
