EXTENSION OF TIME FOR ARGUMENT OF APPEALS.
Decision of this court, in each of the above-entitled cases, handed down April 23, 1959, is hereby modified by extending the time for argument of the appeals from the June Term to the November Term of this court, and the time to perfect the appeals, file and serve records and briefs is extended to October 15, 1959.
This extension does not apply to Matter of de Concilus, v. Juney Juniors, Inc. ( 8 A.D.2d 675) and Matter of D'Andreau v. Berger Dress Co. ( 8 A.D.2d 674) which are to be ready for argument for the June Term.
