Motion for an order, confirming the Hearing Panel's Findings and Recommendation and reinstating petitioner as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, granted and petitioner is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York effective the date hereof. No opinion.
