Present — Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ.
Decree of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, settling the account of the administratrices to December 31, 1939, modified on the law and the facts by reducing the allowance to the special guardian from $1,000 to $650, and, as thus modified, the decree, insofar as appealed from, is unanimously affirmed, without costs. In view of the amount of the estate and the infant's small interest therein, the allowance to the special guardian was excessive.
