DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

LEWIS B. ROTHBART of Whippany having appeared before this Court on an order to show cause why his suspension from the practice of law, ordered by this Court initially on March 3, 1976, should not be continued, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the suspension of LEWIS B. ROTHBART is hereby continued indefinitely and imposition of discipline is withheld until such time as the respondent can demonstrate that he is mentally and physically capable of returning to the practice of law; and it is further

ORDERED that, prior to any favorable consideration of a request for restoration to the practice of law, respondent shall be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for appropriate costs including production of transcripts and bank records; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent shall continue to comply with the regulations governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys pending the further order of this Court.
