Application under section 475 Jud. of the Judiciary Law to compel respondent, an attorney, to turn over certain money and for other relief. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ., concur.
