ORDER DISMISSING CASE
Comes now the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission and moves this corut to dismiss this reinstatement proceeding due to the petitioner, John V. Hampton.
Upon examination of the request, we find that it should be granted. Accordingly, this proceeding is dismissed.
IT IS, THEREFOR, ORDERED by this Court that the reinstatement proceeding of petitioner, John B. Hampton, is dismissed.
