Award reversed and claim remitted, with costs against the State Industrial Board to abide the event, on the ground that the court is unable to determine from the record whether the disability is temporary or permanent, and there is no finding thereon. Cochrane, P.J., Van Kirk, McCann, Davis and Whitmyer, JJ., concur.
