ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that the Supreme Court temporarily suspend FRANK J. PLANER of Hackensack from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i) and an order having been issued on December 6, 1978 temporarily suspending FRANK J. PLANER from the practice of law and directing that he show cause on January 9, 1979 why that suspension should not continue pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District II Ethics Committee, and no appearance having been made by respondent, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the temporary suspension of FRANK J. PLANER, imposed by order of this Court dated December 6, 1978, be continued pending final determination of the ethics complaints against him and until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that FRANK J. PLANER be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that the respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be served by certified mail to his last known address and by publication of this order in two consecutive issues of the New Jersey Law Journal.
