Matter of Pierce

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Jul 15, 1955
286 App. Div. 954 (N.Y. App. Div. 1955)

Opinion

July 15, 1955.

Present — McCurn, P.J., Vaughan, Kimball, Piper and Van Duser, JJ.

Order entered suspending respondent for a period of one year and until the further order of the court. Memorandum: Respondent has been truthful and frankly admitted the charge made by the Bar Association. In view of his age and the fact that he has made complete restitution, we feel that suspension for a period of one year and until further order of the court is appropriate. All concur.
