In a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, order denying petition to declare invalid a resolution of respondent Board of Education of the City of New York, defining the power of school principals to assign teachers to service outside of regular classroom instruction, unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
