DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with this Court recommending that FRANK A. PAGLIANITE of West Caldwell be disbarred from the practice of law, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that FRANK A. PAGLIANITE be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that FRANK A. PAGLIANITE show cause before this Court on Monday, April 19, 1982, at 10 a.m. in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined and why his temporary suspension should not be continued pending the final determination of the matter pending before this Court; and it is further

ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent shall serve and file nine copies of his brief with the Clerk of this Court by April 5, 1982 and the Disciplinary Review Board shall serve and file its response, if any, by April 13, 1982; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent be restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
