Matter of Orisino v. Lee Brown

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Nov 16, 1993
198 A.D.2d 89 (N.Y. App. Div. 1993)

Opinion

November 16, 1993

Appeal from the Supreme Court, New York County, [Ira Gammerman, J.].

There is substantial evidence to support respondent's determination. The penalty of dismissal was not inappropriate considering the misconduct (see, Matter of Pell v Board of Educ., 34 N.Y.2d 222).

Concur — Murphy, P.J., Wallach, Kupferman and Asch, JJ.
