Order fixing the fee of the attorney for the substituted committee, who is also executrix of the deceased committee's estate, modified by striking out the last three decretal paragraphs. As thus modified, the order is unanimously affirmed, without costs. (See Matter of Newton, ante, p. 1046, decided herewith.)
