ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that DAVID A. NEWALL of Perth Amboy be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pursuant to R. 1:20-3(i), and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that DAVID A. NEWALL be temporarily suspended from the practice of law, effective immediately, and until the further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that DAVID A. NEWALL show cause before this Court on Tuesday, June 12, 1979 at 2:00 P.M., in the Supreme Court courtroom, State House Annex, Trenton, why the temporary suspension should not be continued pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District VIII Ethics Committee; and it is further

ORDERED that Colette A. Coolbaugh, Esquire, or her designee, present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that DAVID A. NEWALL be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from practicing law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent comply with all the regulations of the Disciplinary Review Board governing suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
