Jul 6, 1993
82 N.Y.2d 682 (N.Y. 1993)

Opinion

Submitted June 21, 1993

Decided July 6, 1993

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that part of the Appellate Division order that vacated the judgments in Frank, Gordon, Sylvester, Traystman and Weiner and remanded for a new trial on damages, dismissed upon the ground that that part of the order does not finally determine the actions within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied, with $100 costs and necessary reproduction disbursements.
