Order entered January 15, 1935, so far as appealed from, granting reargument but adhering to the original decision, and the original order entered on or about October 29, 1934, of mandamus directing the reinstatement of the petitioner as a dockmaster in the department of docks, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion.
