Opinion

June 19, 1974.


The Court having been advised that JOHN THOMAS MOORE of Trenton was disbarred as an attorney at law in Vermont by order of the Vermont Supreme Court dated June 3, 1969,

It is ORDERED that said JOHN THOMAS MOORE be and hereby is temporarily suspended from the practice of law until further order of the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that said JOHN THOMAS MOORE be and hereby is restrained and enjoined from the practice of law during the period of his suspension; and it is further

ORDERED that said JOHN THOMAS MOORE show cause before this Court on Tuesday, September 10, 1974, at 10 A.M., at the State House Annex, Trenton, why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined; and it is further

ORDERED that Robert E. Cowen, Esquire, be designated to present this matter to the Court; and it is further

ORDERED that a true copy of this order to show cause be served on respondent within 10 days of the date hereof.
