Present — Finch, P.J., Merrell, Townley, Glennon and Untermyer, JJ.; Merrell and Townley, JJ., dissent as to the value of said liens and vote to confirm the report as to said value of $12,000. Settle order on notice.


Order modified by striking out direction for payment, and by reducing the amount fixed as the total value of petitioner's liens to $9,000, and as so modified affirmed, with costs to the petitioner. No opinion.
