This matter having been brought to the attention of the Court by way of Petition by Colette A. Coolbaugh, Assistant Director, Administrative Office of the Courts, seeking temporary suspension of THOMAS J. McCOY from the practice of law and for permission to assume possession and control of any legal files pertaining to open and pending matters and to provide for protective storage of closed files presently in the law office of THOMAS J. McCOY, Esq., located at 736 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains, New Jersey, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that THOMAS J. McCOY be temporarily suspended from the practice of law pending determination of an Order to Show Cause before the Disciplinary Review Board why the temporary suspension should not be continued; and it is further

ORDERED that the Division of Ethics and professional Services, Administrative Office of the Courts, take such action as is appropriate under the circumstances with regard to the files comprising THOMAS J. McCOY's law practice pursuant to R. 1:20-5(b); and it is further

ORDERED that THOMAS J. McCOY show cause on Wednesday, May 16, 1979 before the Disciplinary Review Board why this temporary order of suspension should not be continued.
