Order of the Surrogate's Court of Richmond county dated September 10, 1930, denying petitioners' motion for a distribution of alleged income affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to respondents, payable by appellants personally. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Carswell and Scudder, JJ., concur.
