Appeal by the employer and its insurance carrier from a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Board, filed December 5, 1969, which denied reimbursement from the respondent, Special Disability Fund (Workmen's Compensation Law, § 15, subd. 8), on the finding that the employer did not have knowledge of a previous permanent physical impairment. Decision affirmed, with costs to the Special Disability Fund. Herlihy, P.J., Reynolds, Staley, Jr., Greenblott and Sweeney, JJ., concur.
