Order denying appellant's application to direct the Board of Elections to reject the designating petition nominating Leon Fields and Frank B. Mazza as candidates for the position of Republican County Committeemen in the 148th Election District, Town of Hempstead, affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston and Lewis, JJ., concur. [ 180 Misc. 667.]
