Appeal by the petitioner from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County on January 15, 1970, which dismissed upon the merits the appellant's petition (CPLR art. 78) which sought to review and annual assessments levied upon it by the respondent pursuant to the Workmen's Compensation Law. Judgment affirmed, with costs. (See Matter of Insurance Co. of North America v. Senior, 27 A.D.2d 24, revd. 21 N.Y.2d 761, 880; Matter of Mason Hanger-Silas Mason Co. v. Senior, 27 A.D.2d 30.)
