Matter of Marvin

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Second Department
Feb 1, 1931
232 App. Div. 773 (N.Y. App. Div. 1931)

Opinion

February, 1931.

Upon investigation we find that nothing has been presented to warrant further action on the part of this court. It appears from the record of the trial that the decision was made upon conflicting evidence. The decision was reversed, and the reversal constituted a complete vindication of Miss Simmons, the complainant. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Scudder, JJ., concur.
