ORDER

The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with this Court recommending that LIBERO MAROTTA of West New York be publicly reprimanded for violations of DR 5-105(B) and DR 9-101 in connection with his conduct arising out of his representation of an individual on an application for a liquor license transfer which was placed before the Union City Board of Commissioners while respondent was serving that body in the capacity of counsel;

And the Disciplinary Review Board further recommending that respondent be required to reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that LIBERO MAROTTA be and hereby is publicly reprimanded for his violations of DR 5-105(B) and DR 9-101; and it is further

ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of this matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said LIBERO MAROTTA as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further

ORDERED that LIBERO MAROTTA reimburse the Administrative Office of the Courts for the cost of all stenographic transcripts of this matter.
