Order granting reargument, and upon reargument vacating an order dated December 14, 1942, and granting the respondent's application under section 1077-c of the Civil Practice Act to examine the appellant's records and data for the six-month period preceding November 16, 1942, with respect to premises No. 675 North Terrace Avenue, Mount Vernon, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the examination and inspection to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Close, P.J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
