DISCIPLINARY MATTERS
ORDER
It is ORDERED that the resignation of MARTIN S. MANDON, a/k/a SAUL M. MANDON, of WAYNE as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey be accepted with prejudice in accordance with R. 1:20-8(a), effective immediately; and it is further
ORDERED that the acceptance of this resignation be deemed equivalent to respondent's disbarment; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent be permanently restrained and enjoined from practicing law; and it is further
ORDERED that respondent comply with Administrative Guideline No. 23 of the Office of Attorney Ethics dealing with suspended, disbarred or resigned attorneys.
