DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

ROY E. MAHONEY of COLLINGSWOOD having been suspended from the practice of law by Order of this Court dated November 6, 1978, and the Disciplinary Review Board having recommended that respondent be restored to the practice of law subject to certain conditions, and this Court having reviewed the record, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that that suspension of ROY E. MAHONEY is lifted, and he is restored to practice, effective immediately, subject to the following conditions:

1. respondent shall submit a certified annual audit of books and records maintained pursuant to R. 1:21-6 to the Office of Attorney Ethics, with a copy to the Office of Board Counsel, and

2. respondent shall reimburse the Office of Attorney Ethics for appropriate administrative costs, including reproduction of transcripts.
