DISCIPLINARY MATTERS

ORDER

ANTHONY J. LUGARA of MILFORD, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1977, having been ordered to show cause why he should not be disbarred or otherwise disciplined for the conduct underlying his criminal conviction, on his violation of N.J.S.A. 9:6-1 and 3, and the Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Supreme Court recommending that ANTHONY J. LUGARA's twenty-two month suspension, which he has already served, be deemed sufficient discipline for his conduct, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the findings of the Disciplinary Review Board are hereby adopted and the twenty-two month suspension that ANTHONY J. LUGARA has served from January 20, 1986 to December 8, 1987 is deemed sufficient discipline for the conduct underlying his criminal conviction; and it is further

ORDERED that the Decision and Recommendation of the Disciplinary Review Board, together with this order and the full record of the matter, be added as a permanent part of the file of said ANTHONY J. LUGARA as an attorney at law of the State of New Jersey; and it is further

ORDERED that respondent reimburse the Ethics Financial Committee for appropriate administrative costs.
