This matter having come before the Court on the return of an order directing the above-named to show cause why he should not be suspended from the office of Surrogate pending the disposition of an indictment (No. 761, 1972 Term, Second session, second panel) returned against him, and it appearing to the Court that this order should be made,
It is ORDERED that the said John J. Lemken be and he is hereby restrained and enjoined from serving as Judge and clerk of the Probate Court of Hudson County and as Clerk of the Probate Division of the Hudson County Court pending the disposition of the indictment referred to above and the further order of this Court.
