ORDER
The Disciplinary Review Board having filed a report with the Court recommending that SHOMARI LATEEF of Newark be temporarily suspended from his eligibility to practice law under R. 1:21-3(c), and he having consented thereto;
It is ORDERED that said SHOMARI LATEEF be temporarily suspended from eligibility from engaging in the practice of law under R. 1:21-3(c), effective immediately, pending final disposition of the complaints against him before the District V Ethics Committee and until further order of this Court.
