Order of the Surrogate's Court of Kings county denying motion to dismiss proceedings in discovery under sections 205 and 206 of the Surrogate's Court Act, and directing examination of appellants, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements; the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Hagarty, Carswell and Scudder, JJ., concur.
