On the court's own motion, it is determined that Honorable Roger A. King is suspended, without pay, effective immediately, from his offices of Justice of the Town Court of Monroe and Justice of the Village Court of Harriman.

Concur: Chief Judge WACHTLER and Judges SIMONS, KAYE, ALEXANDER, TITONE, HANCOCK, JR., and BELLACOSA.
